2026–2027 After-School Care Program & Fee Schedule


For the 2026–2027 school year, After-School Care fees will be managed through FACTS, alongside student tuition and other school fees. All families must complete the After School Care Registration Form, even those already enrolled in the program.


Program Hours

Regular After-School Care:
School dismissal – 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, on regular school days.


After-School Care is not available on days when school is closed, including scheduled holidays, school breaks, weather closures, or other days designated by the school.


Parents must pick up their children by 6:00 p.m.


Registration & Enrollment

Families who plan to use After-School Care on a regular basis should register their child(ren) through FACTS and select the anticipated number of days of care needed each week.


Families may select:

  • 2 days per week
  • 3 days per week
  • 4–5 days per week
  • Drop-in/occasional care, when space is available


When registering, families should provide their anticipated weekly schedule. We understand that work and family schedules can change, and our program is designed to provide reasonable flexibility.


Regular program fees are based on 10 monthly payments through FACTS.


What does the monthly fee cover?

The monthly fee reserves your child's place in the After-School Care program and helps St. Anthony maintain appropriate staffing and supervision throughout the school year.


The monthly fee is not based on the exact number of days a child attends in a given month. Therefore, regular monthly fees are due regardless of occasional absences, early pickups, family vacations, or other days a child does not attend.


Drop-In Care

Drop-in care is available for families who need occasional After-School Care but do not require a regular weekly schedule.


Drop-In Rate: $20 per day, per child.


Drop-in care is subject to available space and appropriate staffing.


Parents should contact the school office or designated After-School Care contact as early as possible when requesting drop-in care. Drop-in care is not guaranteed until the school confirms availability. Drop-in charges will be billed through FACTS.


Changing Your Weekly Schedule

We understand that family and work schedules change.


Families enrolled in regular After-School Care may request a change to their weekly schedule by providing at least two weeks' notice.


Schedule changes are subject to available space and staffing requirements.


A schedule change may result in a change to the family's monthly fee beginning with the next applicable billing period.


Families who temporarily need additional days may request drop-in care at the applicable drop-in rate, subject to availability.


Sibling Discount

Families with more than one child enrolled in regular After-School Care will receive a sibling discount.


  • First child: Full applicable monthly rate
  • Second child: 10% discount
  • Third and additional children: 25% discount


Sibling discounts apply to regular monthly After-School Care fees and do not apply to drop-in care.


Billing Through FACTS

After-School Care fees will be billed through the family's FACTS account.


Families may select an available FACTS payment option, including payment arrangements offered through the school's FACTS system.


Regular monthly fees will continue based on the family's selected enrollment level, regardless of occasional absences or days when a child is picked up before 6:00 p.m.


Drop-in charges and other applicable After-School Care charges will also be billed through FACTS.


Pickup & Authorized Adults

Children must be picked up by 6:00 p.m.


For the safety of our students, we may release children only to a parent/guardian or an adult authorized by the parent/guardian.


Families should notify the school if someone other than a regularly authorized adult will be picking up their child.


School Closures & Cancellations

After-School Care will not operate when school is officially closed unless the school announces otherwise.


If school is dismissed early because of severe weather, an emergency, or another circumstance, families will receive instructions regarding After-School Care.


When school is closed, families will not be charged a separate drop-in fee for that day.


Program Expectations

Our After-School Care program is an extension of the St. Anthony School community. Students are expected to follow school rules and demonstrate respectful behavior toward staff and other students.


Students are expected to:

  • Treat staff and other students with respect.
  • Follow staff directions.
  • Use school property and program materials appropriately.
  • Remain in designated areas.
  • Follow safety rules.
  • Demonstrate behavior consistent with St. Anthony School expectations.


Serious or repeated behavioral concerns may result in suspension or removal from the After-School Care program.
