Registration Information

CHILDREN ENTERING SCHOOL FOR THE FIRST TIME
A current immunization record from your child's doctor and a copy of the Birth Certificate is dure by the first day of school for children entering school for the first time.

REPORT CARDS FROM NEW STUDENTS
Parents of a student new to St. Anthony School should send to school your children's previous years report card (or a copy of it). If the orginal report card is sent, it will be returned to the parents at the beginning of the new school year.
