Welcome to Our
Saint Anthony School Website!
For over 140 years, St. Anthony of Padua School has provided
quality education to children of our area. We would like to share the Good News
of Catholic Education with you. Our school challenges our students with a strong
academic curriculum and offers students the chance to grow in their Catholic
faith.
At St. Anthony our general objectives are:
• To provide a balanced program of worthwhile values, remembering
that total education is the primary purpose of the school;
• To develop in
all students a respect for the rights of others as individuals and groups;
• To assist our students in developing an
appreciation for art, music, literature, and other areas of the fine arts;
• To assist our students in acquiring a sense of
responsibility for themselves, the community in which they live, and the world
community;
• To assist our students in acquiring critical
thinking and problem solving skills which will enable them to meet the
challenges of the future;
• To enable our students in acquiring basic
skills while emphasizing the heritage, responsibilities, and the privileges of
American citizenship.
St. Anthony School is an elementary
school that is accredited by the Indiana Department of Education. Our average
class size is about 20 students. We are very proud that over 86 percent of our

will encourage them to become the best faith-filled individuals that they can
become. If you would like to visit St. Anthony School, you may call the school
